Carmen Phoenix Photography: Portrait Style

Today my good friend Dani and I did a photo swap.  We were both bored with our current profile shots and have also been wanting to shoot at this cool location in downtown Portlandia.

Dani and I have a couple of important things in common.  The first being that we have both had crazy "Augusten Burroughs" type childhoods.  The second being that we are both crazy artists.  Meaning...we like crazy art and everything about it.  It's probably because of our crazy childhoods.

Anywho.  Today we have both decided that when we grow up we would like to be rich and live in a swanky, bohemian style artist loft in the Pearl district.

Yep...Dani is pretty much one of the coolest chicks I know.  Check out some of my favs from earlier today...
